Whitney Andrew PA-C, CAQ-PSYCH
I have been practicing as a PA since 2015, after graduating from Elon University with my M.S. degree. I received my B.S. degree from NCSU in 2001. I am certified with additional qualifications in psychiatry by the NCCPA (CAQ-PSYCH). I have been interested in natural healing practices for many years and have been studying integrative medicine approaches prior to and throughout my PA career.
I recognize that mental health is connected to so much more than just the chemicals in your brain. It is a complex process that is influenced by your physical health, thought processes, spiritual life, relationships, past trauma, and lifestyle choices. I started this practice because it was difficult to form real connections with patients when corporate medicine was in charge of my time. My mission is to work with each patient to examine and improve as many influences as we can in order to optimize each individual’s mental health.
I am married and have 3 children. My oldest child is getting married in 2026, so I will soon have a daughter in law! In my free time; I love spending time with my family and friends, attending our local church, powerlifting, doing Crossfit, playing piano, singing, reading, taking care of our animals (dogs, cats, and chickens), and spending time outside on our 25 acre property.
